School Axis provides cloud-based institutional software subscriptions on an annual license basis. The license covers cloud hosting, software updates, automated daily backups, and ongoing technical support as detailed in the service level agreement (SLA).

2. School Website Templates & Content

Schools utilizing the included school website builder templates are solely responsible for the accuracy of published notices, faculty directories, fee disclosures, and mandatory public disclosure documentation.

3. Uptime & Support SLA

We guarantee 99.9% cloud server availability. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced to school administrators at least 48 hours in advance and executed during non-operational hours (11:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST).
